This living room needed to be updated to fit the home owner’s personal style. Lighting was poor, so we added an LED grid light to reflect off the high ceiling, providing soft, ambient light. The fireplace was modernized with glass stones, tile surround and wavy material (painted MDF) that emphasizes the room’s height. The stairway railing was updated to reflect the room’s new style. A monochromatic scheme highlights the varying shapes and textures.
